What's new on HybridStats. Currently running v1.25.0.
v1.25.0
18 October 2026ProHyroxStats is now HybridStats
- The site has a new name: HybridStats. Rankings, athlete profiles and everything else stay exactly where they were
- Our Instagram account is now @hybridstats
v1.24.0
12 October 2026A season calendar on the events page
- The events page is now an Event Calendar: the whole season week by week, one row per continent. Scroll sideways or jump to a month, and click a race for its start list or results
- Elite 15 races stand out in their own colour, and each Elite 15 qualification cut-off is marked on the calendar
- On a phone the calendar is a week-by-week list, with the month chips pinned under the header; a switch flips between list and timeline on any screen
- The start list and past results lists under the calendar; every race is on the calendar instead
v1.23.3
12 October 2026- An event page’s city artwork spans the width of the page
v1.23.2
12 October 2026- Wide race city artwork no longer ends in hard edges or shrinks too small in its card and page header
v1.23.3
12 October 2026- A race this week whose start list is not out yet stays in Upcoming Races instead of disappearing from the home page
v1.23.2
12 October 2026- Singles / Doubles is back to its earlier boxed look; Today / cut-off keep their tabs
v1.23.1
12 October 2026- Race city artwork is sharper on large and retina screens, and the small race cards load a lighter image
- Upcoming races get newly drawn, wider artwork
v1.23.0
12 October 2026- Gap to the leader gives the three nearest chasers a colour each, kept when they swap places, with followed athletes in orange
- Point at the gap chart to read every athlete’s gap at that timing mat, or at a line or name to pick it out; on phones, tap
v1.22.0
12 October 2026Search finds events too
- The search box in the header finds events as well as athletes: type a city to jump to its next start list or its past results
v1.21.0
11 October 2026Navigation moves to the top of the page
- Upcoming Races on the home page: the next four races side by side, with a countdown, the start list and, from race day, the live tracker
- Past results on the Events page: every recent race, each linking to its results
- The menu that ran down the left side now sits in the header, with Rankings and Events opening a dropdown, so pages use the full width
- Pages grow to 1280px on large screens, with paragraphs kept to a readable width
- This Week’s Races on the home page is one card: pick a race from the tabs above it, or swipe between them. Each race shows the top three of all four divisions, Singles above Doubles
- Last Week’s Races is now Previous Race Results: one table with each race’s men’s and women’s winner, its course speed and a link to the results, reaching as far back as the page has room for
- The Prediction Game link, now that the World Championships are over
- The Time rankings (Singles best of 2, Doubles best of 1) from the menu: the Points ranking is the one that counts
v1.20.0
10 October 2026Full names and an expected finish on the live course
- The live course table shows each athlete’s expected finish beside their time
- Live boards and the course table show full names, doubles partners included, instead of cutting them off
- A race replay is a slider you drag through the race by hand, without play or speed buttons
- Singles / Doubles is a rounded switch and Today / cut-off are tabs along the top of the Points Ranking
- An athlete without a flag no longer has their name squeezed into the flag’s column on the home page
- The standings list under the live course; the course table carries the same order, gaps and expected finish
- The explanatory lines under the Live heading and the gap chart, and the Elite 15 label on the Points Ranking
v1.19.0
10 October 2026Race replays and the gap to the leader
- Gap to the leader on the Live tab: how far each chaser was behind at every timing mat, with followed athletes highlighted
- On phones the Live tab shows the course top to bottom, the finish at the top and each athlete at the run or station they are on
- A finished race can be replayed on the Live tab: play it at 10, 30 or 60 times speed, or drag to any moment, and the course, gaps and standings follow
- The Live tab shows only the race as it runs; the finish order lives in the Results tab, which pages through 25 finishers at a time and shows the unofficial times until the official results are in
- Start lists and results page through 25 athletes at a time instead of growing with "Show more"
- Upcoming Races on the home page is now This Week’s Races, and a race appears there or in Last Week’s Races, never both
- The How Rankings Work and Insights cards and the assumptions list at the foot of the home page
v1.18.0
10 October 2026- Event pages show the official results as a plain table, with every finisher, time and gap to the winner
- The Live tab stays on event pages, with the full live board after the finish and the start time before it
v1.17.2
10 October 2026- Event pages split into Start list, Live and Results tabs: Live while a division is on course, Results once it has finished, and the start list keeps its ranked athletes, PBs and start waves
- Divisions on event pages are picked from one dropdown that shows which are live, final or still to start
v1.17.1
4 October 2026- Finishers missing from HYROX’s published start list now appear on the live boards as soon as they finish, taken from the results
v1.17.0
3 October 2026- The home page live boards follow the Pro race on its own; athletes from other start waves who are among its leaders on race time appear in a Virtual box beneath it, with the place they would hold
- An athlete who ran in another wave than the start list says is now compared from when they actually set off
v1.16.2
3 October 2026- Someone with no split long after their wave started reads "No split yet" instead of "Run 1"
- A team minutes into a later start wave could lead the live board for being a few seconds quicker to the first SkiErg; athletes from different waves are now compared on how far they got in the same race time
v1.16.1
3 October 2026- Athletes from another start wave carry a label such as "18:10 wave": their place is on race time, not where they are on the course
- The live boards load faster and use less data: an unchanged update is no longer downloaded again
- A start wave just off could lead the live board above teams a lap ahead of it
- Live boards could rank a team still on an earlier run above teams from its own wave that had passed it, and file them under the wrong run; the order is now the race as it stands
v1.16.0
3 October 2026Follow any Pro athlete live
- The live tracker now follows every athlete on a race’s Pro start list, not only the Pro race
- Follow an athlete: search the start list on the event page and follow up to 20 athletes in the live leaderboard, remembered in this browser for the next race too
- On a laptop the event page shows the race left to right while it is on, every athlete’s dot on their run or station, and widens as the home page does; phones keep the leaderboard
- Live boards show the ranked athletes and anyone running among them, numbered by their place in the whole field
- Athletes from different start waves are ordered by who was faster to the same mat, so an age-grouper who started an hour earlier no longer leads the Pro race
v1.15.0
3 October 2026- Live Pro Races follow everyone who starts with the Pro race, not only athletes with an official points rank, so an unranked winner leads the board; unranked athletes read "Unranked" where the rank would be
- Friday’s women’s Pro race in Bordeaux now shows its winner, the unranked Elodie Ravera, instead of starting at second place
v1.14.0
2 October 2026The official points ranking by default
- The points rankings and the home page now show the official HYROX points ranking from points.hyrox.com; pick another date on the timeline and the table switches to our own points model
- Ranking movement follows the official weekly updates: each race weekend against the one before, instead of against a week ago
- Doubles on the home page show one flag, close to the names
v1.13.0
2 October 2026- The Country Ranking for Hong Kong 2027 and on the home page now uses the official HYROX points standings from points.hyrox.com instead of our own points; Stockholm 2026 keeps our own, as the official standings were not recorded back then
- Two athletes counted twice under different spellings, for Sweden and for Poland, are each one athlete again
v1.12.1
2 October 2026- Hong Kong 2027 is now the default Country Ranking: first in the menu and where every Country link goes; Stockholm 2026 stays one click away
- The Hong Kong 2027 Country Ranking states the qualification cut-off, the event weekend of 16 May 2027
v1.12.0
2 October 2026- The host city’s skyline at the top of the Country Ranking pages for Stockholm 2026 and Hong Kong 2027
v1.11.0
1 October 2026- Each race city’s landmark, drawn in wire mesh, behind its card on the home page and at the top of its event page
- On phones the Singles / Doubles switch on the home page keeps its own width instead of stretching across the card
v1.10.0
1 October 2026Country Ranking for Hong Kong 2027
- Country Ranking for the World Championships 2027 in Hong Kong: every nation by its top two men and top two women on today’s points, with who would make the Mixed Relay if the field were drawn now
v1.9.2
1 October 2026- Upcoming Races is now the first section on the home page and replaces This Week’s Pro Races: each race shows its ranked starters and start times, then turns into its live tracker once the race starts, and keeps the final times the day after
v1.9.1
1 October 2026- Upcoming Races on the home page lists only races whose start list is out, each with its highest-ranked entrants; in the last day before the start it shows where the live tracker will appear
- Races without a start list from Upcoming Races
- The author credit in the footer
v1.9.0
1 October 2026Course speed from an ML prediction, and a Country Ranking on the home page
- Course speed now compares every finisher with the time our machine learning model predicted from their own race history, so a field full of newcomers no longer makes a course look fast
- Fast, Average or Slow for every race, with a "less certain" marker for small fields or when our two models disagree
- Switch between the ML prediction and the old PB method on the Course Speed ranking and on every event page
- Event pages show the median finish next to the median prediction
- Country Ranking on the home page: nations by their best two men and best two women on today’s singles points, with each nation’s move since last week
- Event pages showed course speed as a fraction (0.0) instead of a percentage
- Earlier Races on the home page; every race is still on the Events page
v1.8.0
1 October 2026The next cut-off on the home page
- Home page Points Ranking: one tap shows the Elite 15 as it stands for the next qualification cut-off (Hamburg, 6 Oct), with each athlete’s move from today; once a cut-off passes it switches to the next race
v1.7.0
1 October 2026Follow Pro races live
- Live Pro Races at the top of the home page: every ranked athlete in this week’s Pro races, where they are on the course, their time at the last timing mat and their gap to the leader at that same mat, updated while the race is on
- In the days before a race the panel shows when each Pro race starts, in venue time, and the ranked athletes on the start line; it stays up the day after with the final times until the official results arrive
- A live tracker on each race’s event page: every ranked athlete’s run and station splits as the timing mats record them, with the fastest split in each column marked. Tap a race on the home page to open it
v1.6.1
1 October 2026- Points Ranking date picker: every announced 2026/27 qualification cut-off (Hamburg, London, Bangkok, Las Vegas, Lyon and the World Championships in Hong Kong)
- Points Ranking: moving the date and then back to today no longer leaves the table loading
v1.6.0
28 September 2026A livelier home page
- Last Week’s Races: every race from the latest weekend, men and women side by side, singles first; the podium by default and the top ten one tap away
- Course speed for each of last weekend’s races: how the median finisher ran against their own best of the past year, and where that puts the course among every race
- Upcoming Races: the next races on the calendar, with the highest-ranked men and women from each published start list
- Points Ranking: the Elite 15 for men and women, singles or doubles, with each athlete's move since last week; one tap shows the Challenger band (16–30) as well
- Earlier Races: pick any race from before last weekend to see its results
- Flags instead of country codes on the home page
- The Prediction Game banner and the ranking category cards on the home page; every ranking is still in the menu
v1.5.1
28 September 2026Search finds names with accents
- Searching without accents now finds accented names: "frederic dube" finds Frédéric Dubé, "oberlander" finds Viola Oberländer
- A search with the words in another order, like "dube frederic", finds the athlete too
v1.5.0
21 September 2026The rankings load their rows instead of the whole board
- Points rankings now load the rows they show, so the page opens without first downloading every result behind it
- Filters, the reference-date slider and the movement arrows are answered by the database, so a filtered ranking is as quick as the default one
- Athletes who hold a HYROX Elite License but were missing from the ranking now appear in it: the licence list comes from points.hyrox.com rather than a copy of it that lagged behind
v1.4.0
21 September 2026Pages arrive with their results already in them
- A page for every completed race, with its divisions, winners and course speed
- Division, all-time, strength-of-field, course-speed and country pages now arrive with their tables filled in instead of loading them after the page appears
- The contributors behind the strength of field load when you open them, rather than with every visit
- Results now update when the data does, without waiting for the site to be rebuilt
- Race entry counts showed as "1.411" instead of "1,411"
- Division pages named the race by reformatting its address; they use the real names now
v1.3.0
13 September 2026Start lists for the races still to come
- An Events section in the menu listing every upcoming and live race with a published pro start list
- A start list page per race: switch between men and women, singles and doubles
- Ranked athletes first, with their official HYROX points and personal best, then the rest of the field fastest personal best first and everyone else in start order
v1.2.0
17 August 2026Recent races on the home page, and more readable text
- A Recent Races strip on the home page — the latest races with their winners and times, straight through to the results
- Lightened the dimmest text across the site so every label, rank and date meets the WCAG AA contrast standard
- The Points & Rank chart on athlete profiles is temporarily off while it is rebuilt — race history, rankings and the singles performance chart are unaffected
- Portrait share cards are temporarily off while their layouts are reworked — the existing share and export options on every other card are unchanged
v1.1.1
16 August 2026Seven missing races restored
- Results from New Delhi, Chengdu, Istanbul, Chiba, Bangkok, Cape Town and Shenzhen — 6,889 finishes across 49 divisions
- Race results stopped importing after a change to the results source; every affected event has been re-imported
v1.1.0
25 July 2026Portrait share cards and a redesigned export dialog
- Portrait share cards on athlete profiles — vertical layouts made for Stories and social feeds
- Date-range and per-race selectors on share cards, to frame any window of results
- Redesigned share dialog: a bottom sheet on phones, plus an adjustable background from fully transparent to solid on every export
- Rankings no longer count results earned before an athlete held the required Elite license
